Resolved - Cayan’s network monitoring has uncovered that First Data's BuyPass and RapidConnect platforms may have been experiencing intermittent service disruptions between 11:30 AM US EST and 11:53 AM US EST. Since 11:53 AM, service appears to have been restored. The Cayan network operations center is contacting First Data and will update this incident with additional information as it becomes available.
