Cayan experienced an issue with our monitoring infrastructure. At no time was the Gateway degraded or unable to process transactions. The Cayan Systems Engineering team is investigating to determine root cause and remediation items.
Cayan has confirmed that the Gateway service is currently experiencing widespread disruptions at this time. The Cayan network operations center is investigating the issue and will update this incident with additional information as it becomes available.
