The service issue affecting Wells Fargo cardholders has been resolved.

Assessed

Our network monitoring has uncovered that cardholders using some Wells Fargo issued cards may be experiencing lengthy transaction times, leading to longer checkout times. This appears to be affecting merchants regardless of who their processing platform is (eg. TSYS, Chase, First Data, Elavon), and is not a Cayan specific issue. Our network operations center is investigating this issue and will update this incident with additional information as it becomes available.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Gateway is fully operational and continues to process transactions normally.

Only cardholders paying with Wells Fargo issued cards are affected by this incident.
