To complete the next phase of our response to October 26th’s production outage, our Technical Operations Team will be performing planned maintenance on Friday, November 16th. We must briefly take our primary systems offline in order to initiate a consistency check of our remote data copies. In order to complete this maintenance, we are scheduling a 15 minute maintenance window between 5:30 - 6:00 AM EST. The timing corresponds with our lowest transaction volume.
