The service issue affecting Opticard merchants has been resolved.
Opticard’s gift platform is up. We are monitoring an issue with one of our vendors, SVS, and have engaged their NOC to see when they will be able to restore service. Until that is resolved, merchants using the SVS gift service may be affected by this issue.
Our network monitoring has uncovered that merchants using Opticard may be experiencing intermittent service disruptions at this time. Our network operations center is investigating this issue and will update this incident with additional information as it becomes available.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Gateway is fully operational and continues to process transactions normally.
Only merchants who use Opticard are affected by this incident. We advise that merchants using Opticard attempt a transaction prior to contacting our Customer Support team.
