Our contracts & SLAs have reserved the right to perform maintenance during a 400am-700am ET maintenance window.
While we will continue to reserve the 400am-700am maintenance window, we plan to schedule maintenance to happen on a cadence of “starting at 430am ET on the last Wednesday of each month”. We will endeavor to accomplish any non-critical maintenance that could result in downtime to happen between 430am-500am ET on that last Wednesday of the month (eg. patching our database servers). We will continue to provide 7 days’ notice before the last Wednesday of the month, so that we provide a reminder to our customers of this upcoming scheduled maintenance.
With this recurring cadence, we hope to minimize downtime while employing a schedule that allows our ISVs and merchants to better plan for these events.
