On 11/6/19 our Gateway will experience up to 60 minutes of planned down time between 4:00 – 5:00 AM ET. The Technical Operations team will be upgrading the gateway’s database as the final phase of our response to the 10/26/18 production outage. The new database architecture and underlying infrastructure platform implements the latest technologies and best practices to further harden our high availability and disaster recovery posture while also enabling the system’s future scalability needs.
