TSYS / Sierra Service Degraded


As of 12:35 PM Eastern, the connectivity issues with TSYS/Sierra have been resolved. All merchants are processing normally.


Our monitoring has detected intermittent disruptions for all merchants processing through TSYS/Sierra beginning at 12:09 PM Eastern. Our network operations center is investigating the issue and will update this incident with additional information as it becomes available.

We will provide regular updates until the situation is corrected.
