Sporadic Time-outs on some Visa transactions
The service issue affecting merchants has been resolved.
Teams continue to be engaged with Visa on this issue and we are awaiting further updates from Visa and the issuing bank involved in the issue.
We will continue to provide regular updates until the situation is corrected.
We are aware of an issue where some merchants may be seeing sporadic timeouts on some Visa transactions. Initial research indicates this is related to a specific Visa Issuing Bank. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
