OpenEdge partners and merchants will begin receiving real-time notifications.

Effective 11/12/2024, Global Payments will communicate unplanned events to you via a new tool called Statuspage.

You’re already enrolled in this service and will receive timely emails notifying you of any major outages that will impact a merchant’s ability to process payments.

What can you expect?

• Real-time communications: Once an event is identified, you will receive a status alert.
• Updates: As our internal teams monitor the issue, you will receive updates until the issue is resolved.

What do you need to do?

• Make sure to whitelist the domain name hund.io to ensure you receive notifications.
