OpenEdge Processing Issue due to Windows Update

This issue has been resolved. The issue was external to Global Payments.

Teams continue to work with merchants as they roll back the Windows update and reinstall OpenEdge XCharge. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

原因確定

On October 15, 2025, some OpenEdge merchants have experienced issues processing transactions due to a Microsoft Windows update. Merchants have been rolling back the Windows update to restore service.

Impact to OpenEdge XCharge and RCM users. Teams are not seeing impact to OpenEdge Gateway Users.
